Picture perfect

You see that girl walking through the hallways?
Yeah, the pretty one with the high heels!
She does look pretty, doesn't she?
Can you look a little bit closer?
Just a little?

What do you see now except her beauty?
Yes, it's pain and sadness what lies beneath that mask.
Yes, she smiles everyday.
And she helps everybody who needs her.
You'll never find a friend like her.
Never.

But still none of her friends can see what you see now.
They can't see she's in pain.
They can't see she's about to cry.
But who needs to tell them that?

She's needed when they're in trouble.
She's their example.
She's their picture perfect.
